Shipping: We use USPS & UPS for all shipping needs. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order.
Depending on location shipping varies from 2-8 days.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost unless otherwise noted on website.
Process Time: As I hand-make each item my shipping time can vary depending on the different style shirt you choose. Bleach shirts can take 7-14 days to process before shipping. If it’s a shirt I don’t have on hand and have to order. Turn around time is 15 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turnaround days does not include weekends, Holidays or vacation. Items that are ready to ship are 5-7 business days unless stated in item description.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Sweet P’s Boutique is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS or UPS
